Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to search the register and report an incident. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Text uses Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for people with low vision, at 18 pixels or larger.
  • All text and controls meet AA colour contrast. Severity is always written in words, not just shown with colour or dots.
  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the main content.
  • Charts have a table version with the same information.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens.
  • We write in plain language and explain any terms we have to use.

Known problems

[List any known issues and when they’ll be fixed, or say “We don’t know of any problems right now.”]
